Bonuses
We recognize that overtime is sometimes needed during busy times -- and we compensate for it. Salaried team members receive bonuses when they average out at over 40 hours of billable time per week over a two week pay period.
Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays
You'll accrue 14 days of paid time off (PTO) per year and have six holidays paid. As your years of service go up at Prominent, so will the amount of PTO you accrue!
